We're seeking a dynamic Transformation Consultant to join our client-facing team, where exceptional client engagement meets cutting-edge digital product expertise. In this role, you'll serve as both strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner, helping enterprise clients navigate complex organizational transformations while implementing world-class digital product practices.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading transformational initiatives that span organizational design, process optimization, product adoption, and cultural change. This is an opportunity to shape how leading organizations build, deploy, and scale digital strategies while driving meaningful business outcomes.
Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as primary consultant and trusted advisor for enterprise transformation engagements
- Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic planning initiatives
- Build and maintain strong C-level and senior leadership relationships
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to executive stakeholders
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics and stakeholder landscapes
Strategic Leadership
- Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps in support of meeting client business objectives
- Design and implement organizational structures that support digital excellence
- Create and execute against change management strategies that drive adoption of new ways of working
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout transformation journeys
Hands-On Delivery Execution
- Design/optimize client workflows and operating models
- Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses
- Develop training programs and enablement materials for new methodologies
- Create playbooks, frameworks, and documentation for sustainable transformation
- Design and facilitate workshops to bring strategic alignment and transformation best practices to life
Specialized Transformation Areas
The right candidate will be able to bring an actionable perspective to each of these areas of specialty, while having a depth of experience in at least three.
- Organization Design: Evaluate a current organization’s skillsets and culture against the work to be done; make operating model recommendations inclusive of ways of working, reporting structures, governance, and decision-making
- Process Design: Engineer efficient workflows that eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-market
- Product Adoption: Drive user engagement and feature utilization through strategic adoption programs
- Change Management: Design and execute comprehensive change initiatives across all organizational levels
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver capability-building programs for digital product skills; create templates, toolkits, and other learning material that enable new behaviors; facilitate enablement experiences like webinars or workshops
- Storytelling: Create compelling narratives and communication strategies that align stakeholders; develop written and visual communications collateral that cuts through the noise
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics to measure transformation success and identify optimization opportunities
- Playbook Creation: Document repeatable processes and best practices for scalable transformation
Qualifications:
Experience
- 5-8 years of consulting or transformation experience at the enterprise level
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing digital transformations, inclusive of digital product management, design, or engineering
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder transformation projects
- Background in agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean startup principles
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional client management and relationship building abilities
- Strong executive presence and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Additionally, the right candidate will bring a breadth of experience that allows them to function across these areas of competency but is expected to bring a depth of expertise in only 2 or 3:
- Deep understanding of digital product development lifecycles and best practices
- Expertise in organization design principles
- Expertise in change management methodologies
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and system design
- Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and measurement frameworks
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Ability to turn strategic business objectives and knowledge of individual workflows into learning curriculum
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Certifications in change management, agile coaching, or design thinking a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in user experience design, product management, or engineering
- Consulting experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail technology, manufacturing, or energy
- Familiarity with modern development practices (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms)
- Experience building and scaling digital product teams
