As a Transfers Services Associate, you will work within a tight-knit, highly involved team to provide Registered Investment Advisors with support and process transfer-related advisor requests. 

This role is based in our Clearwater, Florida office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Review and process transfer-related service requests at the account level, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as primary contact for transfer-related corrections and interact with the contra-firm to verify instructions and facilitate settlement of transfers.
  • Keep records of interactions and file transfer documents, including physical securities.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to advisor and client inquiries while following communication guidelines and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Perform other projects as assigned by management.

What you bring

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to think critically and apply base knowledge of the transfer process to more difficult transfer requests.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and help craft and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written customer service skills that reflect a high level of integrity and excellent customer service.
  • The ability to form relationships based on the needs of our advisors and their clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of back-office operations experience in the financial industry, preferably specific experience and/or a knowledge base in securities trading.
  • SIE and Series 7 License is nice to have, but not required.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$20.40$24 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$20.40$24 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$19.60$23 USD
