What you’ll do
We’re looking for a recruiter who treats hiring as a craft: someone with refined taste in talent, sharp judgment, and the drive to see every search through to the finish line. You’ll work across the business from both technical and non-technical roles, architecting searches end-to-end and helping us build a team that reflects the highest standards. This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, precision, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Architect and run searches end-to-end: shape roles with hiring managers, source exceptional talent, drive assessments, and close with conviction
- Apply judgment and taste at every decision point, raising the bar and guiding interviewers to sharp, high-signal outcomes
- Design candidate experiences with craft, ensuring every touchpoint—from first message to final close—reflects excellence and our talent brand
- Influence and calibrate leaders on what great looks like, embedding sound decision-making across the org
- Build recruiting as a product: craft processes, tools, and feedback loops that enable speed without compromising quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
- High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines
- An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Evidence of high judgment about people and roles, with the ability to influence others toward the right decisions
- Comfort operating with urgency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Taste: an instinct for spotting exceptional talent beyond the résumé
- Judgment: trusted decision-maker who can separate signal from noise
