Technical Business Analyst

Narvar is growing! We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who loves solving problems leveraging data insights to support the Operations team at Narvar consisting of the Solutions Consultant, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
Day-to-day
- Demonstrating Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Postman and managing third-party integrations.
- Reproduce and debug customer-reported issues that span multiple layers of the technology stack
- Work independently on Net new carrier integrations and implementations and onboard them in the stipulated SLAs.
- Identify key trends in customer issues, and document solutions to common questions and issues
- Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers
What we’re looking for
- Knowledge on Golang Scripts, Python(basics), Postman, SOAP XML, API.
- Good to have SQL knowledge.
- 0-4 years of experience
- Preferably PST working hours (7pm to 4am IST)
- Able to work efficiently on various projects. Demonstrated ability managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and experience of working Jira board is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
- Good analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
