About the role
Global Performance Analytics Team Lead will manage a team of analysts driving strategic insights for our regional GTM teams. You will ensure commercial leaders have clear, structured, and easy access to the performance of our GTM motion, along with actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborating closely across Revenue Operations, you will establish scalable ways of working, streamline processes, and align priorities to drive success for both the team and the business. Together, you will refine the metrics landscape and strengthen data capabilities to continuously enhance commercial enablement.
You will also partner with stakeholders across GTM (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, SDR), Strategy & Execution, and Finance, guiding regional analysts to deliver impactful insights that drive commercial success.
Your responsibilities
- Team Management: lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to deliver high-quality results. Align and manage the team’s roadmap with Revenue Operations and key stakeholders to ensure focus, clarity, and timely execution.
- Strategic Insights & Forums: coach and support the team to simplify complex analyses into clear and digestible insights that highlight growth opportunities and influence decision-making. Shape the analytics strategy and ensure insights are shared through different forums (QBRs, MBRs, etc.) that inform decision-making, balancing self-service insights with in-depth consultative analysis
- Data Governance: collaborate with Revenue Operations teams to maintain a governance framework that addresses high standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Project Management: ensure scalable ways of working for the team in coordination with other Revenue Operations groups. Simplify processes for efficiency and manage key initiatives from planning to execution with measurable results.
- Commercial Planning: lead the team in setting commercial goals for regional teams and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including influencing senior leaders and aligning different teams around shared metrics and insights.
- Act as a thought leader in Analytics, keeping the team at the forefront of advanced methodologies, business intelligence tools and emerging trends (e.g AI / ML in commercial analytics)
Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience, with a proven track record in performance management, coaching, and team development.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence or similar roles.
- You have proven experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions that influence decision-making.
- You have managed teams and large projects, coached team members, and set clear strategic direction and measurable outcomes.
- Leadership experience is preferred, with the ability to balance hands-on analysis and team guidance
- You are fluent in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and have experience with forecasting.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and storytelling ability, able to craft compelling, actionable data narratives for diverse stakeholders.
