This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days in-office per week in our London office.

About The Role
Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead to join its Task Logistics team. The team is responsible for intervening on at-risk tasks and then driving them to fulfillment, ensuring a positive and retentive Client/Tasker experience. This role is focused on further enhancing one of our most successful operations programmes that sits at the core of our business being an instrumental pillar in our growth plans.
In this journey you will be supported by a talented regional and global operations team and implement your ideas with the help of 20+ agents and make a direct difference for a community of thousands of Taskers.

You will play a key role in driving further our most successful operations programme across Europe. You have a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about solving new and old problems. You are a black belt in getting to the root cause of problems, working interdependently across departments and mapping out the solutions and requirements to all stakeholders. You are inspired by making sure that customers who use Taskrabbit have a great experience and come back many times over. This role reports to the Strategy Operations Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of leading and continuously developing our core operation programmes across Europe with a focus on fulfillment for the IKEA category.
- Responsible for implementing and successfully running all the operational programmes applicable to your role and markets being accountable for meeting the KPIs of each.
- Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic, product and operational improvements and changes.
- Manage and report the performance of applicable operational programs in assigned markets.
- Lead and assist the operations team leaders to ensure they have the information, training and context to deliver their best outcome
- Support the management team with regular performance reports, deep dives on business critical topics and forecasting.
- Conducts supply analysis for the IKEA category across Europe, advising country management stakeholders on needs to optimize supply health.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an operational role with a proven track record.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail and robust organizational ability.
- Comfortable with data manipulation (good knowledge of Excel/GSheets and experience with Looker or a similar tool desirable) and analytical rigor, as you track and analyse metrics and situations to improve outcomes and make recommendations
- Organizational skills: You must be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving multiple multi-faceted scenarios at once--all while keeping your tasks in order and organized.
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Proactive attitude as we grow the business and we uncover more unknowns
Compensation & Benefits:
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is £59,000–£85,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
