The Opportunity
Sitting on the StratEx (Strategic Events & Experiences) team, the Tradeshow Specialist will help support and lead a highly visible portfolio of Tier 1 global trade shows. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in creating world-class, in-person experiences that drive business impact. This person will be responsible for coordinating and executing the logistical and operational elements of our event strategies. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, hyper-organized marketer who gets things done and excels at working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on specific events within our portfolio.
This is a highly visible very fast paced role with multiple concurrent workstreams at times with exposure to leadership across the company and our customer portfolio.
What you’ll do
Event Logistics & Coordination
- Manage key event logistics, including conference logistics and timelines, contract processing through procurement, and ordering show services (e.g., I&D, A/V, electrical) as needed.
- Coordinate all on-site property and equipment needs, from initial forecasts and orders to developing booth floor plans and tracking assets.
- Travel to provide on-site supervision and support, ensuring flawless event execution from start to finish.
Project & Vendor Management
- Independently manage and lead the end-to-end execution of designated turnkey events, from initial planning to post-show reporting.
- Assist in managing agency partners on the design, layout, and construction of exhibits and displays.
- Work closely with the exhibit house to manage booth properties and services.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage event financials by tracking all expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining budget accuracy in consultation with Tier 1 event owners.
- Handle internal and post-event reporting, including stakeholder communications and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Support the end-to-end event marketing strategy, including audience generation campaigns, new product launch support, lead processing, and developing promotional materials.
Who you are
- You are a master of details, with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- You have proven experience in event coordination or trade show logistics, and can work on multiple projects concurrently.
- You are a proactive self-starter, eager to take on increasing responsibility and ownership of events, and are willing to learn new skills.
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- You are financially savvy, with experience tracking budgets and processing invoices.
- You are tech savvy, and can use multiple tech tools in our stack to do your job including AI tools to streamline your work or find efficiencies.
- You are willing and able to travel to support events globally 25% of the time including EMEA & APJ.
- Expertise in audience acquisition is a plus.

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
