Must-have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in procurement or acquisitions.
- Versatile in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, or related fields.
- Stakeholder Management: Expert ability to effectively manage and align diverse, high-level stakeholders.
- Change Management: Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing change management strategies within a program context.
- Risk Management: Strong capability in proactive identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting of program-level risks.
- Agile Methodology Proficiency: Deep domain knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
