Must-have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in procurement or acquisitions.
  • Versatile in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, or related fields.
  • Stakeholder Management: Expert ability to effectively manage and align diverse, high-level stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing change management strategies within a program context.
  • Risk Management: Strong capability in proactive identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting of program-level risks.
  • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Deep domain knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
