Must-have Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, managing complex and high-impact technical projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Confluence).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

Candidates must possess a valid U.S. visa and passport to attend mandatory workshops in the United States
