Must-have Skills:

  • Assertive communication; stakeholder management; cross-functional leadership

  • Project management (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall); risk and issue management
  • Executive reporting; vendor management; coordination of external teams
  • Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500
  • Policy and process design & implementation
  • Expectation management; influence and negotiation
  • Financial industry knowledge (regulations, processes, risk)
  • Empathy and active listening; adaptability; resilience and stress management

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
