- Market Research & Strategy: Lead in-depth analysis of LATAM markets (Brazil and Mexico), covering macroeconomic trends, digital landscape, and regional challenges to shape localized product strategies.
- Product Roadmap & Feature Prioritization: Develop a LATAM specific product roadmap by evaluating customer needs, service gaps, and prioritizing features based on impact and effort. Audit current user experiences, identify pain points and opportunities, and collaborate with UX to define regional user personas and journey improvements.

- Strategic Thinker: You'll need to understand the landscape in which we're operating and make frequent tradeoffs and decisions around where to invest time and resources.
- Skilled Communicator: You'll communicate your strategy and plans to executive audiences and to the company more broadly, and need the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with a wide range of audiences.
- Outcomes Driven: You'll produce measurable results against our KPIs, goals, and Key Results (OKRs).
