Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion organization-wide process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and clearly communicate, champion, and cascade organizational vision and priorities throughout the business

  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts, fostering a culture of open communication, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams and departments

  • Partner strategically with EPDM business partners to identify high-impact opportunities and spearhead programs that optimize workflows and unlock innovation

  • Facilitate scalable best practices and frameworks, empowering teams to adopt new processes seamlessly and efficiently

  • Serve as a catalyst for change by promoting a culture of excellence, driving adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in TPM, product operations, or related roles in high-growth technology companies

  • Demonstrated expertise in system design and process improvement by developing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organization

  • Demonstrate a strong adaptability to changing environments while leveraging data-driven insights to influence stakeholders

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States:
Zone 1: $244,000 – $336,000/year (USD)
