You are an operational owner for expansion workflows, ensuring networks and programs are launched, scaled, and managed with speed, rigor, and consistency.
In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Member Success, Medical Experts, Commercial, and Customer Success to translate company and departmental OKRs into scalable operational systems, measurable KPIs, and high-quality member and customer outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead operations and expansion of U.S. and Canada provider networks including fertility, menopause, low testosterone, gender-affirming care (GAC), and doula networks.
- Define and operationalize network criteria (eligibility, standards, accreditation) in partnerships with clinical experts.
- Maintain accountability for provider networks including upholding criteria, provider application management, database accuracy, audits, and escalations.
- Apply and develop department OKRs into clear growth, quality, and efficiency goals, emphasizing repeatable and scalable processes.
- Support U.S./Canada clinical program expansion initiatives (e.g., pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, menopause, low-T), from scoping through steady-state operations.
- Partner with Product, Medical Experts, Provider Network, and Member Success to ensure operational workflows support strong clinical rigor and seamless member journeys.
- Lead cross-functional launch readiness, timelines, and execution for expansion workstreams.
- Build, iterate, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and decisions to ensure auditability, continuity, and operational clarity.
- Support credentialing and clinical excellence efforts
The Team:
Global Clinical Operations leverages the country, regional and global expertise of our journeys to support efficient and compliant country expansion of our journeys, development of high-quality provider networks and partnerships, creation of evidence-based eligible journey reimbursement guides (BDGs), and implementation of clinical rigor and quality across every aspect of the Carrot experience and service delivery.
We develop localized playbooks, systems, and knowledge bases to keep teams informed on relevant areas of our global programs. We also provide direct support for our member-facing teams as they service our members around the world, and client-facing teams as they converse with current and prospective customers about our global offering and value proposition
