What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a growth-minded Sr. Ai Editor and Content Creator with a refined, elevated aesthetic to join our creative team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr. AI Editor and Content Creator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in integrating generative AI into our content creation workflows, focusing on copywriting, photo and video to complement our overall content strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI tools and their application in creative fields, coupled with a keen eye for brand voice and compelling storytelling.
They develop engaging content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone in every piece, as well as an on-brand aesthetic for AI photo and video creation. This role involves collaborating with different teams both in house and outside agencies to understand the brand's mission and values, translating them into captivating stories, images and videos that resonate with the target audience. They have a meticulous eye, polishing every piece of content to perfection. They will suggest, vet and test various creative AI platforms, maximizing quality, efficiency and performance on a channel level.
The candidate must be forward thinking, an early adopter of AI who is curious and eager to drive brand relevance and efficiency through AI. They are deadline-oriented, able to translate edits into creatively cohesive work and understand the importance of cross-team collaboration. Work seamlessly with internal and external teams, amplifying and building on the creative work they do by developing complementary assets with various AI tools.
What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference
- Vet, test and manage best in class creative AI tools that meet our brand standards for copy, image and video
- Design and own AI-driven content initiatives across various platforms and channels to generate content that adheres to established brand aesthetic, voice and tone.
- Develop and manage AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, and processes to maximize the quality and volume of content output.
- Seamlessly blend AI-generated drafts with expert human copywriting, injecting brand voice, persuasion, and emotional connection into all final assets.
- Craft expert-level prompts to direct AI in generating nuanced, on-brand, and strategically-aligned copy and creative assets.
- Serve as point person for all copy, rigorously editing and fact-checking AI content to ensure accuracy, originality, and brand safety.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure AI-generated content, copy editing/direction aligns with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
- Oversee and manage copywriting support/external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand copy.
- Oversee the creation of standard copy work previously handled by external agencies, ensuring a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Write and edit clear, concise, and effective copy for a variety of marketing materials, including product descriptions, advertising campaigns, and website content. Includes work with Design team leaders on the overarching seasonal campaign and product launch messaging..
- Partner closely with the internal creative team and external agency to complement owned photo and video content with additional AI assets by channel
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance our content creation capabilities.

You Have
- Proven experience in visual design, copywriting, and content creation, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing generative AI tools and platforms for content creation.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and marketing principles.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and manage efficient content workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant creative and AI-driven content projects is a plus.
- Extensive experience in copywriting and editing, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling, with a knack for creating compelling and engaging content.
- Experience training and working with AI copywriting tools.
- Proven ability to effectively manage external agencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional editorial aesthetic, with great wit, an eye for grammar, wordplay, humor, and an understanding of what makes memorable messaging
- Strong communication skills and understanding on how to approach copy in different mediums to drive conversion and engagement
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
120-150K annual base salary
