We empower developers and leadership with deep insights into reliability, quality, cost, and operational maturity — all via intelligent internal platforms!
As a Software Developer, you’ll contribute to our core platforms including a ground-up rebuild of the Service Catalog and enhancements to our SEV (incident) tooling. - Build backend services (primarily in Go) and lightweight frontends (React) that integrate seamlessly with existing systems
- Work closely with stakeholders in infrastructure and platform reliability to ensure tools deliver measurable operational insights
- Contribute to systems that support post-incident workflows, on-call ownership visibility, SEV tracking, and leadership reporting
- Collaborate within your Toronto-based team while interfacing with global partners in reliability engineering
What you bring
- Experience building full stack applications, ideally in Go and React, or strong interest in ramping on these technologies
- Bonus if you come with exposure to internal developer tooling, observability platforms, or service ownership frameworks
- Ability to work across backend-heavy systems with attention to detail in frontend integration
- Collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Interest in building platform tools that improve developer experience and operational quality
