The Role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help operate and evolve our global real-time data streaming platform. You’ll gain deep experience across infrastructure, automation, incident response, and performance optimization, working with systems at massive scale.
You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, design for reliability, and ship improvements that directly impact millions of users worldwide.

What You’ll Do
• Design, maintain, and improve globally distributed systems supporting 100M+ concurrent connections
• Operate infrastructure across 15+ data centers using Terraform, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD
• Monitor system health with VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Loki; identify performance bottlenecks
• Write runbooks, automation scripts (Python/Bash), and reduce operational toil
• Partner with architects and developers to evaluate and adopt new tech for stability and performance
• Participate in incident response under mentorship; lead post-incident analysis and preventive measures

What We’re Looking For

Required
• 1–4 years in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering
• Docker fundamentals plus basic Kubernetes operations (pods, services, deployments)
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure accepted)
• Basic monitoring and observability skills with tools like VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Loki
• Continuous learning mindset and desire to grow technical depth

Preferred
• IaC and CI/CD (Terraform, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows)
• Incident response and troubleshooting experience
• Automation in Python/Bash
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business-impact awareness
