The Role

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on driving execution at scale and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes? Join us as a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) and play a critical role in shaping, leading, and executing complex programs that support our company’s strategic priorities. As a Senior TPM, you will own the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—from inception through execution—ensuring alignment across teams, managing key stakeholders, and driving measurable results. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define goals, scope workstreams, mitigate risks, and continuously improve our execution model. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with a bias for action will be key to influencing decision-making and achieving business impact. This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving clarity in ambiguity, scaling processes across teams, and mentoring others in program management excellence.

What you Need to Succeed

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, WebOps, and cloud infrastructure. Able to navigate complex technical environments, translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Strategic Leadership: Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs that align with business goals. Able to synthesize priorities, define success metrics, and rally teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver programs at scale with high quality. Skilled at managing dependencies, anticipating risks, and driving consistent progress across multiple workstreams.
  • Influence & Communication: Strong executive presence and the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite. Comfortable leading high-stakes discussions and facilitating decision-making that impact the broader organization.
  • Operational Acumen: Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, scaling execution frameworks, and adopting tools that enhance program delivery and reporting.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Committed to supporting the growth of others. Actively mentor junior and mid-level TPMs and foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning across teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient at using data and KPIs to guide decision-making, evaluate program health, and recommend course corrections when needed.

What you Bring to the Table

  • Experience & Impact: 6+ years of technical program management experience, leading enterprise-scale programs with high visibility and organizational impact.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, WebOps, or related technical domains. Able to engage meaningfully with engineering and product teams.
  • Program Ownership: Ability to independently lead large, strategic programs, manage stakeholders across business units, and ensure alignment from discovery through delivery.
  • Project Management Expertise: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with practical knowledge of tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success in influencing across teams and geographies, ensuring execution consistency and operational cohesion.
  • Change Management: Skilled at driving adoption of new tools and processes, facilitating org-wide change initiatives, and managing through periods of uncertainty or transformation.
  • Global Execution: Experience working across time zones and cultures, ensuring communication and program success on a global scale.
