In today's rapidly evolving, data-driven talent landscape, we are seeking a visionary Sr. Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team, to be at the forefront of helping shape our recruiting strategy. This is an impactful role that combines hands-on analytics, strategic thinking, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to architect and optimize insight-led, tech-enabled, and future-ready talent strategies.
As a partner to the Talent Acquisition and People Science & Analytics functions, you will collaborate closely with leaders to understand business priorities and inform decision-making with comprehensive insights. You will co-create an analytics roadmap, conduct in-depth analyses and research, and synthesize internal and external data into compelling narratives. In partnership with the People Analytics team, you will improve data processes and governance, ultimately empowering Talent leaders to scale their impact through data-driven insights.
You will:
- Serve as an advisor to Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership by translating complex cross-functional data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that improve hiring efficiency and quality and inform decision-making.
- Partner with TA Leadership, People Science, Finance, and other key stakeholders to design and implement data-driven talent strategies that align recruiting capacity with business needs and ensure shared ownership of outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and present key TA metrics and dashboards that communicate performance, drive consistency, and inform decision-making.
- Build high-quality reports and analytics using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Visier, and Python/R; support data-driven decision-making and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Drive adoption of new tools, metrics, and reporting processes by translating complex data into accessible stories that support organizational change.
- Mentor and upskill team members in data storytelling, analytics tools, and best practices to strengthen the team’s overall capabilities.
- Report to Director, Recruiting Ops & Enablement
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent industry experience of at least 4 years.
- Extensive knowledge of one or more major ATS platforms and HRIS tools, Greenhouse and Workday Preferred.
- Proficiency with at least one BI tool like Tableau or Power BI, along with advanced experience with Google Sheets or Excel. Familiarity with SQL is a strong plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of data analytics and reporting methodologies, with proven experience analyzing and interpreting recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices with a demonstrated history of identifying and implementing data-driven solutions that improve the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to independently manage initiatives from start to finish. Must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering results in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, concise and and compelling narrative for non-technical audiences
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
