Senior Revenue Accountant- PH

To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant, based in our Philippines office. This position can be fully remote. The person in this role should be a strong communicator who is able to work effectively with peers and management alike in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has accounting, strong technical accounting experience and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically.

Responsibilities:

Participate in month end and quarter end close activities, including reconciliation, flux analysis and journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue and accounts receivable related accounts.
Assist in preparation of SEC disclosures such as remaining performance obligations.
Support financial and Sarbanes-Oxley audits including support documentation, and communication with external auditors.
Assist in system implementation projects, such as NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and perform UAT.
Assist on customer contract review and assessment.
Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with company policy and SaaS revenue recognition accounting standards.
Support and participate in revenue accounting as well as order to cash cycle related projects.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field, minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
CPA is required, Big 4/Public Accounting experience.
Revenue Recognition experience including adoption of ASC 606
Experience of working with Salesforce, and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Software/SaaS industry experience is preferred.
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Amenable to work US time or night shift schedule.
