As Adyen and its regulatory requirements grow, this is an unique opportunity and the perfect moment to step in and start building the Brazilian regulatory reporting function.
As part hereof, we expect you to be able to translate Brazilian and Mexican regulatory reporting requirements in the context of Adyen’s non-traditional business model and explain this in dialogue with regulators. You will be in the lead optimizing reporting processes with scale and automation in mind and take Adyen’s regulatory reporting function in LATAM to the next level.

Who you are
- You have at least 5 years of experience with regulatory reporting
- You have a fluent level of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a must.

- Interpret multiple disciplines (AP, Accounting, Tax) and assess their impact on regulatory reporting.
- Drive process automation, reconciliation, and improvements in data accuracy and governance.
- Develop and validate detailed, real-time reports and dashboards for risk, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Communicate clearly under pressure, remain calm during audits or system challenges, and take prompt corrective action to minimize business impact.
