- Establish operational standards, documentation, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, data integrity, and compliance across teams and regions
- Foster continuous improvement by analyzing recruiting data results, gathering feedback, iterating on programs, and supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Build strong partnerships and represent recruiting on cross-functional projects with HR, People Analytics, Finance, and business leaders
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize recruiting tools to improve scalability and performance
- Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting stakeholder accountability and ongoing optimization

- Proven ability to own complex operational initiatives end-to-end and deliver measurable improvements in hiring outcomes
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker, experienced in using data and metrics to diagnose issues, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement
- Skilled at influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
- Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong to advanced proficiency with recruiting systems and tools (e.g., Ashby, Workday, LinkedIn, Gem) and a strong aptitude for adopting and optimizing new technologies
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence, data integrity, and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
