Must-have Skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Proven track record building React component libraries (design-system mindset, reusable components).
• Very good technical and conversational English skills (client-facing collaboration and documentation).

 

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
