Must-have Skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

• Proven track record building React component libraries (design-system mindset, reusable components).

• Familiarity with Git and standard dev workflows (PRs, reviews, CI/CD).
• Very good technical and conversational English skills (client-facing collaboration and documentation).

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching). (Highly desirable.)

• Experience implementing design systems in code (e.g., Tailwind, styled-components, CSS Modules).

• AI tooling proficiency: leverage AI to speed up drafting, analysis, research, or automation; suggest effective uses and workflow improvements.

• Exposure to headless CMS / static site generators (e.g., Next.js, Astro, Sanity).

• Familiarity with web analytics (GA, Search Console) and content structure.
