About the role
The Senior Project Manager supports the execution of cross functional and external technical launches across the Center for Data and Insights organization. This role requires hands-on coordination across teams and global partners.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate resource allocation and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, scope definition, and change management processes.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and quality standards through collaboration with technical leads.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts where applicable to support project delivery.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and outcomes.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in streaming, entertainment, or content management
- Strong analytical expertise and change management experience
- Experience with partner relations and content distribution
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Asana, Airtable, Lucidchart, Excel, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
