The Core Rider org is responsible for the Lyft consumer app you know and love. This group spans the entire consumer journey from search and request through pickup, in-trip, and dropoff. Within this org, we're hiring a Senior PM on our Offerings team, which is responsible for growing Lyft's ride mode portfolio and ensuring riders have an excellent experience across every ride type.
In this role, you'll work on problems like launching and scaling new ride modes, optimizing how riders discover and choose between offerings, and shaping the packaging and experience of Lyft's core products. This scope touches millions of rides daily and sits at the intersection of rider experience, marketplace dynamics, and business growth.

- Define goals, success metrics, and experiments that tie your team's work to Lyft's strategic priorities. Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists — setting context, maintaining momentum, and unblocking the team.
- Collaborate effectively across the company and with external parties, clearly communicating roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to audiences ranging from partner teams to executives.
- Deeply understand your customers across different rider segments and use cases — leveraging data analysis, market research, and user research to inform your decisions.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technology to accelerate your team's workflows and enhance the products you build.
Experience:
- 5+ years in product management, entrepreneurial, or product design experience with meaningful time spent on consumer facing products.
- Track record of shipping products with measurable user and business impact
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional and cross-org alignment — you manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized way, and you define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products
- Strong communication skills across audiences and levels, including the ability to convey complex and technical concepts in a compelling, easily understandable manner
- Experience in marketplace, transportation, or mode/offering portfolio
Benefits:
- Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
- Mental health benefits
- Family building benefits
- Child care and pet benefits
- 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future
- In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
