Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.
A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
Join the Roblox Operating System (ROS) team, where we build B2E (business-to-employee) products for our most discerning customers—Roblox’s own builders. Our mission is to reimagine how high-performance teams grow, develop, and thrive
As a Product Manager on ROS, you’ll define and deliver the next generation of AI agents and experiences that make career growth more personalized, actionable, and trustworthy at enterprise scale. You’ll partner across Engineering, Design, People Science and People Operations and act as the bridge between technical innovation and human potential. You’ll ship end-to-end experiences that are safe, compliant, and genuinely helpful for Human Resources.
Join us to build the future of how people grow at work—delivering AI-powered, B2E experiences that help every builder reach their full potential while you advance your own product leadership.
This is a full-time onsite role based out of our San Mateo office.
You will:
- Drive product strategy by defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-first People Growth experiences across performance, career development, and growth planning—grounded in the needs of our internal operations customers.
- Ship AI-Native Products: Own the lifecycle of AI experiences—from problem discovery and PRDs to quality gates and phased rollouts. You won't just ship features; you will deliver measurable outcomes.
- Envision, prototype, and support next-generation AI agents that assist with intelligent goal recommendations, developmental insights, and growth planning—always with human-in-the-loop controls, clear boundaries of authority, and auditable behaviors.
- Evaluate AI-powered flows rigorously using offline evaluation sets, online experiments, red-teaming, and human review to measure helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and fairness—while accounting for real-world complexity like org structures, job families, and dynamic contexts.
- Design for compliance and trust by partnering with Legal and Security to ensure features respect applicable state and personnel laws, privacy requirements, data retention policies, and access controls—without compromising user experience.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems that improve career satisfaction, goal attainment, and manager effectiveness.
- Lead user research and dogfooding through interviews, usability tests, and live pilots with our builders—translating insights into clear product requirements and high-leverage bets.
- Own metrics and analytics by defining north-star and guardrail metrics (adoption, engagement, quality, equity, effectiveness), instrumenting features, and making data-informed prioritization decisions.
- Execute with excellence by writing crisp requirements, maintaining backlogs, coordinating releases, driving acceptance criteria, and ensuring quality across platforms and user types.
- Enable change management with training, comms, and documentation that help teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to succeed with new capabilities.
You have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2E/B2B software or platforms serving demanding professional users, with a track record of shipping features end-to-end with engineering.
- Strong execution skills: PRDs, backlog management, release orchestration, quality gates, and post-launch iteration.
- Experience with GenAI/Agentic-powered features (or strong adjacent exposure): defining user problems suited for GenAI, collaborating on prompts/models or rules/heuristics, and establishing evaluation approaches for quality and safety.
- Basic technical fluency to engage with engineers on integration constraints, data contracts, and system trade-offs—no coding required.
- User research experience collecting feedback via interviews, surveys, and product telemetry; ability to translate insights into product decisions.
- Analytics and experimentation skills using dashboards and A/B testing to measure impact and guide prioritization.
- Familiarity with people-data considerations (privacy, access controls, data retention) and comfort partnering with Legal, HR and Compliance on features that involve personnel data.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders and keep teams moving.
You are:
- Strategy-to-execution focused: you turn vision into shipped products and measure what matters.
- User-obsessed: you treat employees and managers as first-class customers and solve their real problems.
- A systems thinker: you anticipate edge cases across roles, hierarchies, and jurisdictions and design resilient flows.
- Detail-oriented: you sweat the user journey, states, and safeguards—especially in AI-mediated experiences.
- Collaborative and communicative: you create shared clarity, ask incisive questions, and unblock teams.
- Learning-oriented: you actively leverage AI to solve user problems and continuously improve your craft.
- Organized and reliable: you manage multiple priorities and uphold high quality bars.
