The role
The SoFi People Systems team is seeking an experienced People Systems Analyst to focus on analyzing, optimizing, and implementing end-to-end technologies that enable the People organization in Workday. You will leverage your Workday expertise to design scalable solutions, enhance system architecture, and drive improvements across all HR system functions.
Success in this role requires strong partnership across the People team and close collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders. You will help shape the strategy and evolution of our Workday ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Create, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across multiple HR domains, collaborating with teams inside and outside the People organization on design, testing, and execution
- Manage cross-functional projects involving various Workday modules and connected systems
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance
- Troubleshoot issues, lead root-cause analysis, and coordinate rapid cross-team resolutions
- Analyze downstream impacts of configuration changes to ensure scalable and effective processes
- Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including calculated fields and dashboards
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into efficient, accurate Workday reporting solutions
- Continually seeks ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
- Evaluate new technologies, applications, tools, and techniques to support continuous improvement
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of broad, hands on Workday experience including administration, business process configuration, advanced and custom reporting (e.g., calculated fields, matrix reports, composite reports), and security
- Experience with Workday Custom Reporting, Calculated Fields, Business Processes, Tenant Setup
- A strong eye for innovation and process improvement opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
