Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Digital Native Account Manager (10+ years) with a strong hunting mindset to expand Cloudflare’s presence across India’s high-growth digital-native ecosystem, fintech, ecommerce, SaaS, mobility, consumer internet, and large-scale digital platforms.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys opening new doors, shaping new relationships, and building Cloudflare’s footprint in some of the most innovative engineering-led organisations. You will lead with insight, create new demand, and help Digital Natives adopt Cloudflare’s platform to scale securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Create and close new opportunities across Digital Native accounts, building senior-level relationships from the first conversation.

  • Expand Cloudflare’s presence by aligning customer needs to our end-to-end platform:

    • Zero Trust & secure access

    • Application security (WAF, Bot, API Security)

    • Performance & Content Delivery

    • Edge connectivity & network modernization

    • Workers / Developer Platform for compute, APIs, and rapid innovation

  • Map whitespace and new buying centers (Security, Platform, Engineering, Infra, DevOps, SRE) and build Cloudflare’s relevance across each.

  • Lead full enterprise deal cycles with MEDDPICC discipline, maintaining strong qualification, clear forecasting, and predictable execution.

  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and global Product teams to craft compelling technical and commercial outcomes.

  • Provide structured market and customer feedback to help shape Cloudflare’s India strategy and strengthen our platform positioning.

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in new-business / acquisition roles in cloud, security, networking, SaaS, or developer platforms.

  • Strong track record of breaking into new accounts and engaging engineering-led organisations.

  • Good understanding of cloud-native architectures (APIs, microservices, Zero Trust, SRE practices).

  • Executive communication, commercial acumen, and disciplined pipeline management.

  • High ownership, speed of execution, and comfort in fast-paced, high-standard environments.
