About the role
The Senior Marketing Transformation Coordinator will help support the work between Project Management, Metadata, S&P/Ratings, Strategic Marketing Operations, and Marketing Asset Versioning teams.
You will focus on the aggregation and entry of data, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with our teams and external partners.
- Schedule cross-team meetings include Marketing Transformation team; manage agenda, track action items and ensure all follow ups are completed.
- Coordinate weekly status report to roll up into a department wide update to be shared with leadership.
- Coordinate vendor and contractor renewals.
- Contribute to the process of entering information to our systems of record.
- Create aggregate Airtable views that meet defined goals
- Work with brand management, programming, PR, design, brand and community, product, and GTM & growth teams to track dates and transformation programs.
- Help gather and analyze market research, data, and insights to inform partnership opportunities.
At Crunchyroll we follow a hybrid schedule with three days a week in the office. We are considering candidates based in our Los Angelas office. As the Senior Marketing Transformation Coordinator you will report to Senior Director, Marketing Transformation.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, operations, or a related role within the media or entertainment industry.
- Hands-on experience managing projects using different organizational tools.
- Advanced Airtable proficiency
- Fluency in Japanese or other languages is a plus!
