We partner closely with Creative, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver accurate, compelling, and compliant marketing at scale. Our focus is on building clear processes, strong collaboration, and operational excellence so that teams can deliver high-quality work efficiently.

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will help scale Brokerage marketing initiatives by ensuring workstreams run smoothly from intake through final delivery. You will manage internal coordination across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. This role plays a critical part in strengthening marketing operations, improving asset workflows, and maintaining high quality standards across a large volume of deliverables. Your work will directly support marketers, producers, creatives, and agency partners in delivering effective, compliant campaigns for our customers!

  • Facilitate meetings that support information exchange and shared understanding, including creating agendas, documenting action items, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Support Brokerage marketers by monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and coordinating trade-off discussions when needed.
  • Manage a high volume of marketing assets and oversee asset timelines in partnership with producers.
  • Build and maintain Brokerage marketing playbooks, trackers, and templates to support scalable processes.
  • Own the submission process for Legal and Compliance review, lead weekly check-ins, and ensure materials are revised as required.
  • Lead quality assurance (QA) processes for all assets to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
  • Support reporting cadences and facilitate retrospectives, consolidating feedback and implementing improvements for future campaigns.
  • Partner with product-focused marketing program managers to ensure accurate product representation in campaigns when required.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
  • Experience operating in high-velocity performance marketing environments; experience in a highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to organize complex information quickly, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify project risks early, and implement mitigation steps.
  • Experience managing work independently in evolving environments and navigating ambiguity with clarity.
  • Understanding of asset creation workflows (e.g., creative and production processes) and approval cycles, including stakeholder and legal reviews.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with partners across teams.
  • Alignment with Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance and understanding of our products and customers.
