The landscape of identity is rapidly evolving, moving beyond human users to encompass an explosion of non-human, autonomous identities. We are actively seeking a visionary and execution-oriented leader to join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships, AI and Customer Identity.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming customer identity and access management (CIAM) through groundbreaking AI-driven product partnerships. You will directly empower developers and companies to build and secure human and agentic customer experiences.
As a strategic and experienced leader, you will be instrumental in helping Auth0 identify, recruit, and manage key technology partners. Working alongside product and GTM teams, you will forge joint solutions that not only drive customer value and accelerate market adoption, but also generate new partner-led revenue streams
Key Responsibilities: Leading the Charge in AI Partnerships
- Architect and launch a pioneering strategy for AI-centric product partnerships that deliver differentiated value to developers and end-users
- Collaborate hands-on with product, engineering, and design teams to build and launch best-in-class product integrations with our partners
- Negotiate strategic partnership agreements designed to grow user adoption and drive significant revenue growth for Auth0 and our partners.
- Discover, recruit, and onboard new technology partners that offer complementary solutions in AI, fraud detection, identity verification, customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, and beyond.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing partners, orchestrate joint go-to-market activities including co-marketing, co-selling, and collaborative solution development, all with an eye on amplifying our AI capabilities.
Qualifications: Your Profile for AI Partnership Leadership
- 7+ years of impactful experience in technology partnerships, business development, or product management, with a 3+ years specifically focused on AI, Identity, or Developer Platforms.
- Demonstrated strong technical acumen, allowing you to confidently discuss and strategize around APIs, SDKs, and complex product integrations.
- A proven track record of successfully building and launching entirely new partnerships and programs from the ground up
- Exceptional history of sourcing, negotiating, and executing complex and creative technology partnerships that consistently deliver tangible, measurable business results.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
A BA/BS degree is required; an MBA or a technical degree is a valuable plus.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
