Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager, Global Benefits & Well-Being supports the implementation and operational oversight of global benefit programs that align with company values and priorities. This role focuses on global execution, coordination with regional HR teams, vendor management, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and ensure global program compliance and consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of global benefits and well-being programs in alignment with overall Total Rewards strategy and local market needs.
  • Monitor and assess benefit programs and market trends, analyze data, and incorporate findings into annual benefits review by country. Stay informed on global benefits landscape and provide technical and market trend expertise.
  • Coordinate with regional People/HR teams to align program administration, communication, and delivery of benefits across geographies.
  • Lead the development and execution of communication materials that clearly explain programs to employees and candidates.
  • Manage relationships with benefit brokers, vendors and consultants, ensuring service delivery standards are met and supporting vendor evaluation processes.
  • Contribute to the annual benefits review process, including gathering market data, analyzing benchmarking reports, and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Legal, external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance with regional laws and regulations.
  • Partner with Finance and external consultants to support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial modeling related to benefits programs.
  • Maintain and improve documentation, governance frameworks, and internal processes to support benefits consistency and scalability.

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of global benefits management experience in complex, matrixed organizations, with strong knowledge of local legislation, compliance, and cultural considerations.
  • Proven expertise in program execution, vendor management, cost analysis, and budgeting.
  • Deep understanding of how global organizations operate and support local benefits.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated business, financial, and HR acumen; skilled at using data to inform recommendations.
  • Effective in project management, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.
  • Builds strong partnerships and drives accountability in agile, fast-paced settings.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to scale processes in a high-growth environment.

 

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.  For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.
$95,500$280,900 USD
