We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to own and optimize Benevity’s digital channels, including our website, paid media, and email programs. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into data, experimenting to drive performance, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for growing and converting our digital audience, ensuring every campaign reflects Benevity’s brand and connects deeply with our ICP and personas.

This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with demand generation, product marketing, events, brand, sales, and beyond. You’ll bring an analytical mindset, scientific approach to testing, and strong leadership skills to guide your team and agency partners to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Benevity’s digital ecosystem: website, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email programs.
  • Lead organic growth initiatives, conversion rate optimization, paid campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Manage Benevity’s digital agency (SEO & paid media), ensuring ROI and alignment with strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists
  • Drive strategy and execution for:
    • Website: Optimization, experimentation, and conversion improvements in Webflow.
      Organic Search: Partner with SEO agency to drive rankings, traffic, and brand visibility using Semrush and other tools.
    • Paid Media: Manage budget and execution for performance-driven campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.
    • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Improve engagement, nurture flows, and conversion through Marketo.

  • Analyze performance data and report progress weekly, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated campaigns that drive pipeline.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect Benevity’s brand, voice, and commitment to purpose-driven impact.
  • Own budget allocation across digital programs, investing where performance is strongest.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in driving marketing results, website growth and conversion, and campaign planning and testing, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven track record managing websites, paid advertising, and email/lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expertise with Benevity’s digital stack: Webflow, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo, Salesforce, and ideally 6sense.
  • Strong analytical and experimental mindset — you think like a scientist, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence and partner across marketing and the organization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for coaching and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, personas, and how to plan and execute campaigns that deliver results.
