This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our team. This role focuses heavily on US employee benefit administration and support, alongside compliance management and other global HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of US benefit administration and a solid understanding of US HR compliance. Key accountabilities include supporting employee benefits, ensuring adherence to US labor laws and programs, and handling various employee lifecycle events. Experience with US-specific HR practices and regulations is essential for success in this multifaceted position. This role will require working during standard US business hours!
What you'll get to do...
- Coordinate and approve benefits enrollments and employee status changes in Workday, handle Tier 1 benefits inquiries, perform quality checks, and support benefits events like Annual Enrollment
- Coordinate compliance activities such as state commuter programs, wage audits, and ad hoc government requests, while ensuring adherence to labor laws and HR policies
- Act as the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries via ServiceNow, manage and track these through ticketing systems, and analyze trends for service improvement
- Ensure timely, accurate responses to employee questions, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement by incorporating AI and automation, updating SOPs, and embracing HR best practices
Your experience should include...
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with solid knowledge or experience in US benefits administration and compliance
- Previous experience with ticketing systems and HRIS; experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus
- Sound grasp of HR processes, compliance requirements, and discretion with confidential information
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with a curiosity about AI and automation for process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
