About the Marketing Team

As a part of the larger marketing team at Mixpanel, this role will sit within the Revenue Marketing team. The team is responsible for planning, creating, and launching global campaigns to generate new business and expansion pipeline.

About the Role

Mixpanel’s Revenue Marketing team is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager who can develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive quality new business and expansion pipeline. The role requires creativity, a solid understanding of how data powers campaign decisions, being focused on the details, and being ready to roll up their sleeves.

The ideal candidate understands the types of metrics to track for campaign success at a PLG company and has a strong background working with cross-functional partners like Product, Design, MOPs, RevOps, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and launch campaigns across marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, third-party sponsorships, webinars, etc.), establish milestones, and communicate deliverables and results to cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with other campaign managers and performance marketing team to create full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness and capture demand within our ICP.
  • Establish campaign goals and communicate campaign performance to external stakeholders; build campaigns optimized for different objectives (awareness vs. conversion)
  • Be customer-obsessed, with deep curiosity about our target audience and their journey, and leverage that to build campaigns that resonate with our ICP.
  • Partner across our creative, content, BDR, and marketing operations teams to build and execute global campaigns.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing campaign management
  • Successful track record in launching campaigns that drive product signups and handraisers, while knowing how to measure success and look for optimization opportunities.
  • Experience with paid media channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) and how to use them to drive campaign success.
  • Demonstrated experience working with key marketing functions to ensure alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech, analytics, and project management tools (ex., Hubspot, Salesforce, Bizible, RollWorks, Notion).
  • Awesome writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively engaged in the B2B marketing community — always learning mindset, building for modern PLG marketing strategies.

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. You can view our benefits offerings here.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors. If you have questions about the specific range, your recruiter can share this information.
