A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
We are looking for a Senior Games Producer to lead our high-stakes gaming Co-Development initiatives. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our internal development teams and premier external gaming studios, ensuring their games and IPs integrate into the Roblox ecosystem in a way that feels authentic, high-quality, and true to studio expectations.
This is a high-visibility position that blends executive-level stakeholder management with hands-on production grit. You will serve as the primary production advocate for our gaming studio partners, upholding their quality standards while navigating the technical realities and opportunities of the Roblox platform.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end production across multiple projects, ensuring milestones align with the rigorous quality standards set by our gaming studio partners.
- Work closely with Art and Engineering leads to support the day-to-day development cycle, refine sprint goals, and maintain ownership of the team’s backlog.
- Manage studio relationships by setting expectations, providing regular status updates, and guiding feedback loops between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership during partner pitches by contributing scope estimates, assessing production feasibility, and helping articulate our technical execution strategy to prospective gaming studios.
- Balance "best-in-class" ambitions with platform realities, identifying the right path that maintains a high quality bar while protecting timelines and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate across diverse teams of programmers, builders, and designers, ensuring alignment with the studio’s vision and the project’s technical requirements.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to support launch planning and execution, helping maximize the impact and reach of each title.
You have:
- 8+ years of experience producing and refining high-quality gaming experiences, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-team projects from concept through launch.
- Deep understanding of AAA game design principles, production quality expectations, and player experience standards.
- Proven ability to lead studio-facing conversations and navigate complex feedback and approval cycles with external creative leads.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external studio relationships, align cross-functional teams, and negotiate priorities across competing stakeholders.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools (Jira, Airtable, etc.), including backlog ownership, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
- A pragmatic, "get-it-done" approach. You thrive in the complexity of external studio partnerships, make smart tradeoffs, and adapt quickly as production needs evolve
