We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our multi-faceted Business Operations team within the Global Product and Technology Organisation (GPTO). This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define the operational vision, shape strategy, and drive execution across multiple domains including Product Operations and UX/Business Operations.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will deliver operational excellence, streamline processes, and enable our teams to operate at scale with clarity, rigor, and agility.
Your Role
Strategic Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and empower a small team of Operations Managers, responsible for functional areas like Product Ops, UX Ops and Business Ops.
- Ensure team is executing on the Business Operations team's overarching vision, strategy, and roadmap, and team’s work is aligned with broader company objectives.
- Oversee professional development, performance management, and hiring for the team.
Operational Strategy & Frameworks
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational frameworks, including the product roadmap management process and the UX operations model.
- Ensure the quality and impact of all leadership review materials and operational reporting originating from the team.
- Champion and guide large-scale process optimization initiatives that impact the entire product development lifecycle and enhance organizational agility.
High-Impact Programs & Execution
- Own the strategy and execution for high-visibility programs, including the orchestration of product advisory boards and executive steering committees.
- Build and manage tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product management teams.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Product and Engineering stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities and operational models.
- Establish communication and reporting cadences between the GPTO and other business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Ensure effective communication of progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Tenured experience in business or product operations, with proven impact at scale.
- People leadership experience, including managing managers or leads.
- Experience overseeing multiple operational domains (Product Ops, UX Ops, or broader Business Ops).
- Proven success in setting and delivering operational strategy in a large-scale technology or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Scaling operations in a high-growth, global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of modern product development methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and SaaS product lifecycles.
- Experience in orchestrating and managing product advisory boards or similar executive-level feedback programs.
- Strong analytical and reporting acumen, with experience in operational KPI definition.
