Do you know how to build scorecards that reveal what really matters, craft job descriptions that attract the right people, and then go to market to find them?

Can you run a tight process while still being a thoughtful business partner to senior leaders?

If so, we’d love to talk to you. Recruiting is a crucial function at Rockbot, and we’re looking for a seasoned professional who can roll up their sleeves and help us build during this pivotal growth stage.

This is a contract position (3 - 4 months) as we assess our growth and organizational buildout over the next 12 - 18 months. Depending on how things evolve, it could transition into a full-time role - or be a great fit if you’re looking for a high-impact consulting opportunity.

You Will

  • Build role descriptions, scorecards, and quarterback hiring processes for business and GTM functions - both for new and established positions.
  • Configure processes in our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure every interviewer has clear focus areas and can score consistently.
  • Source top-tier talent through the web, tools, and your networks.
  • Lead debriefs with interview teams, organize insights, and ask the right questions to align on fit.
  • Collaborate on finalist panels (presentations, take-homes) by designing exercises that test our hiring hypotheses.
  • Create a high-touch candidate and hiring team experience from start to finish.
  • Communicate broadly and effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.

You Have

  • A blend of agency, startup, and best-in-class recruiting experience.
  • Experience outside of People/Recruiting that gives you a strong business perspective.
  • A BA in communications, psychology, English, or related field  -  or equivalent experience.
  • High horsepower, energy, and a positive outlook.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executives alike.
  • Technical expertise in building scorecards and configuring ATS processes (Greenhouse or similar).
  • Proven sourcing chops, both inside ATS systems and through other tools/creative approaches.
  • A GTM mindset around recruiting - treating it like marketing and sales.
  • The ability to quickly assess skills, values, and organizational fit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - plus active listening and creative writing abilities.

Compensation:

Rockbot pays competitively at an hourly consulting rate, aligned with market benchmarks and reflective of each consultant’s experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Rates may be adjusted in the future based on market conditions.
