We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our Brand Partnerships, Developer Relations (DevRel), Influencer, and Business Development teams, ensuring they have the tools and data they need to drive success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
This is an execution-heavy, builder role. You are someone who can handle operational requests while simultaneously building scalable, automated workflows and custom components (LWC) that keep our GTM engine running.
You will:
- Build and maintain Salesforce configurations using standard automation tools and custom code (Apex, LWC) for scale and performance.
- Manage user accounts and security settings, and perform regular data hygiene including cleansing and deduplication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user issues, providing consistent, high-tier support.
- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and the GTM tech stack (Marketing Automation, Finance/ERP) leveraging tools such as Workato, AppFlow, and REST APIs.
- Translate design projects into executable tasks and lead the end-to-end QA process, including automated testing to ensure system reliability.
- Leverage BI tools, such as Tableau, to develop and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights across all revenue-generating teams.
You have:
- 4+ years in Salesforce Engineering/Development
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and declarative automation (Flows)
- Proficiency with Apex and / or JavaScript.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
- Proven experience in QA testing and test automation frameworks
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or partnership teams (specifically influencer marketing or developer relation workflows)
- Comfortable presenting technical roadmaps and project updates to stakeholders
You are:
- Someone who has a foundational understanding of Salesforce Core Products with the ability to navigate both the declarative (Admin) and programmatic (Developer) sides.
- Someone with the ability to communicate complex, technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences; including demos/presentations and written documentation.
- A self-starter who can take a project from a scoped requirement to a fully tested, documented, and deployed solution.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
