WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU
Retool is redefining how enterprises build software—AI-powered, developer-first, and enterprise-grade. As we expand more deeply into complex, global organisations, we’re seeking an accomplished sales leader to scale and elevate our Enterprise business across EMEA.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be building and coaching a team of Account Executives responsible for closing multi-threaded, six- and seven-figure deals. You’ll work directly with some of the most forward-thinking technical teams in the world, helping them adopt Retool as their application layer for AI.

\WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Regional Enterprise Sales Manager for EMEA, you’ll establish and lead a high-performing team of AEs, setting the standard for culture, execution, and results. You’ll hire, onboard, and coach reps who excel in technical, consultative, and multithreaded sales cycles, while driving disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
You’ll work cross-functionally to refine sales plays, expand into new verticals, and improve win rates, while building a repeatable hiring and coaching framework that scales the team and drives consistent success.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll partner closely with our Sales leadership across Sales Engineering, Operations, and Sales Development to shape the future of enterprise sales at Retool. You’ll also collaborate with Recruiting, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. Most importantly, you’ll be leading and developing our growing Enterprise Account Executive team in London.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs to meet ambitious growth targets across EMEA.
- Act as a hands-on sales leader, shadowing calls, reviewing deal strategies, and guiding reps through complex enterprise cycles.
- Lead technical, consultative sales engagements with senior stakeholders at both high-growth scale-ups and large global enterprises.
- Bring rigour and clarity to forecasting, pipeline management, and execution, ensuring targets are consistently met and GTM resources are effectively allocated.
- Identify and address gaps in our enterprise motion—whether structural, process, enablement, or sales plays.
- Help shape our enterprise narrative, influencing how we position Retool and providing structured feedback from the field to Product and Marketing.
THE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING:
- 3+ years in an Enterprise segment (at least 2 years in sales leadership).
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in a technical, product-led environment.
- Strong grasp of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and enterprise pipeline management.
- A proven record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep experience running complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals and technical sales motions.
- Analytical and data-driven, with excellent forecasting and prioritisation skills.
