About the Role

Demand for Chime Workplace continues to grow rapidly among the nation’s largest employers, and we’re expanding our Strategic Accounts team to support this momentum.

We’re seeking a seasoned enterprise sales leader to drive adoption of Chime Workplace within organizations of 50,000+ employees. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you’ll lead complex, strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 companies—partnering closely with senior decision-makers to integrate financial access and wellness into their workforce strategies.

This role is particularly well suited for enterprise sellers with experience in earned wage access or adjacent financial solutions who understand the nuances of this evolving space and are excited to help shape its next phase of growth. You’ll operate at executive levels, build long-term partnerships, and help deliver meaningful financial progress to millions of employees.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $140,000 and up to $175,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees)
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior executives including CHROs, CFOs, Heads of Payroll, and Total Rewards leaders
  • Position Chime Workplace as a differentiated solution within the earned wage access and financial services landscape
  • Develop and execute sophisticated account strategies that drive multi-year partnerships and long-term revenue growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to align go-to-market efforts and ensure successful deployments
  • Maintain a clean, detailed pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Represent Chime Enterprise at industry events and through executive outreach

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 10+ years of experience selling B2B solutions into large employers (50K+ employees)
  • Experience selling earned wage access or adjacent fintech / HR tech solutions (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • A track record of building and executing strategic account plans within highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive presence and written communication skills that open doors and advance opportunities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise environment
  • A high degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
