Revenue Operations Analyst

Lattice is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team, supporting our go-to-market organization. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to improve processes in a fast-paced environment, you could be a great fit for our RevOps team. In this role, you will support the operational and analytical backbone for revenue initiatives, helping to drive insights and execution across our Sales and Customer teams. This role will report to the Revenue Operations leader and will work closely with Sales, CX, Finance, and Operations teams.
What You Will Do:
- Own and design GTM tech systems: Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core GTM tools to ensure they meet the evolving needs of Sales and Customer teams.
- Support GTM field processes: Assist with sales process design, lead management, territory assignments, and other field operations workflows to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Build and maintain dashboards, monitoring performance + market trends, and optimizing internal revenue-generating processes.
- Track and report on KPIs to support team performance management across the Sales and Customer teams.
- Analyze prospect and customer data to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist in planning activities by gathering and validating data on headcount, revenue targets, and capacity modeling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Systems, Data Analytics, and Finance to ensure data consistency and alignment in reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years in GTM Operations or Strategy (Sales, Marketing, Customer)
- 1+ years SFDC experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau preferred.
- Ability to translate data into insights and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organization and communication skills - proven track record of working with cross-functional partners and maintaining a high bar for Project Management
- Strong experience in GTM operations technologies (SFDC, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clari, LeanData)

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $105,500 - $131,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
