Your role will consist of:
- Owning interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Being an Algolia ambassador at all times and giving candidates the most positive and memorable experience from beginning to end
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, implement new workflows and tools, and improve our candidate experience and coordination efficiency
- Working with recruiters to be on top of our candidate pipelines
- Leveraging our scheduling tool (ModernLoop) to efficiently scheduled interviews across multiple timezones
- Helping to maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition
- Creating new jobs in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- You may also be called upon to support other projects as they arise (e.g. Employer Branding initiatives)
- This is a hybrid role from our New York office
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS is required, specifically the ability to schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with tools like ModernLoop scheduler tool is a plus, but not strictly required
- Ability to multitask under high-pressure time constraints
- Can work cross functionally and across multiple levels to build a world class candidate experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Care about people and their professional happiness: a sincere customer service approach is key
- Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to make and build relationships
- Desire to go above and beyond to connect with your team and co-workers
- Excellent spoken and written English skills required
