Must-have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development, with a specialty in web frontend.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Svelte, Vue, NextJS, Remix, and Astro.
• Proficient in TypeScript for frontend web or app application development.
• Knowledge of frontend paradigms: async, declarative, promise, callback, server-driven UI.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Ability to clarify product requirements, conduct technical discussions, and design features, e.g., a chat app that includes frontend/backend contracts.
• Focus on performance, scalability, and handling edge cases.
• Testing experience.
• Understanding of backend interaction; full stack experience is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures to support team autonomy and independent deployments.
• Good knowledge of distributed systems architecture from one or more cloud providers, preferably AWS, utilizing infrastructure as code.
• Experience building maintainable and scalable systems.
• Experience with agentic AI code generation is a plus.
• Experience with full stack development is a plus.

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
