About the team
At Stripe, we’re constantly working on ways to optimize our People portfolio and ensure a ‘Users First’ employee experience. We are looking for a highly collaborative and action-oriented Project Manager to join our Performance and Careers team. You will be a dot connector, air traffic controller, and the connective tissue between our programs. You will be instrumental in enhancing and executing our performance processes and programs, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that they are aligned with our business objectives and company values.

What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end project management strategies and implementation plans for performance programs, including the midyear and annual reviews
- Advise and consult on other projects/programs across the Total Rewards and People portfolio in order to upskill the extended teams, maintain a high quality standard, and scale impact through others
- Build, use, champion, and evolve our project management infrastructure, playbooks, and templates to equip teams to confidently self-serve
- Build connection and improve cross-functional collaboration, capabilities, and trust across People and partner teams
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of performance programs (alongside People Analytics peers) and make recommendations for improvements accordingly
- Drive effective change management as necessary, ensuring that Stripes feel supported and clear when changes do happen
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in HR, preferably at a high tech, global company
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and team operating models
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs, with particular focus on change management and communications
- Stakeholder management and engagement experience with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
- Outstanding facilitation and communication skills; you guide teams from point A to point B in a way that’s approachable, authentic, direct, and inclusive
- Strong organization and project management experience; you love bringing order to chaos, connecting dots, and translating strategy into clear action plans
- Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement; you’re constantly looking for ways to make things (and people!) work more efficiently and effectively
- The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; you’re expecting change and are take it in stride
- Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally; you’re a self-starter and trusted partner who’s able to influence people at all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; you use data to tell the story and share your recommendations in an easy to understand, logical, and impactful way
