About this role
As a Production Designer at Faire, you’ll join a collaborative team of creatives helping bring the Faire brand to life. In this role, which is a combination of production and visual design, you’ll support the Creative team in crafting brand assets that keep Faire’s daily business moving. You’ll report into our Sr. Brand Design Manager, get direction from creative leads, and coordinate with Marketing and Creative Operations to design assets for blog posts, presentations, campaigns, and more.

What you’ll do
- Design high-quality marketing and sales collateral, blog post imagery, presentation decks, internal brand identities, data visualization, emails, and other branded assets
- Produce high-volume campaign and event assets using established templates and brand guidelines
- Translate creative briefs into polished assets and ensure visual consistency across deliverables
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, self-start on new projects, and manage quick timelines and shifting priorities
- Provide design support for cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Workplace, and more
- Develop and maintain self-serve tools, templates, and resources that help scale Faire’s brand system and empower teams to create on-brand communications and scale design quality beyond the Creative team
- Leverage Al tools to optimize creative workflows and output quality
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant design experience
- A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, layout, visual clarity, and a deep understanding of brand systems
- Ability to work efficiently within existing creative systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of how to communicate complex concepts visually
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Slides
- Experience with motion design or animation
- Proven ability to navigate creative feedback and iterate quickly
Nice to have:
- Illustration experience
- Experience in B2B marketing or tech environments
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging tools to scale design systems and improve workflow efficiency
Salary Range
San Francisco, CA: the pay range for this role is $92,000 - $126,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
