Weavy is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn product innovation into clear, compelling stories that drive growth and adoption.
You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and our creative audience — translating new features, models, and workflows into messages that inspire creators and move the business forward.
This role blends strategy with execution. You’ll lead go-to-market planning for new launches, own our PLG & SLG funnels, and design lifecycle communications that help users move from curiosity to daily use.
You’ll also shape the voice of Weavy’s product — ensuring everything from emails to blog posts to landing pages speaks in one consistent, confident tone.
If you’re part storyteller, part analyst, and thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology, this role will put you at the center of Weavy’s next stage of growth.
Main responsibilities
- Go-to-market strategy: Plan and execute launches for new features, models, and workflows — from positioning to cross-channel rollout.
- PLG & SLG funnels: Own the full top funnel from visit to subscription; track conversion, optimize the user journey, and improve every aspect of both B2C and B2B funnels (home page, pricing page, onboarding).
- Lifecycle marketing: Own in-product and email communication — onboarding flows, upgrade nudges, education sequences, and retention campaigns.
- Messaging & positioning: Maintain Weavy’s product narrative and ensure consistency across web, app, social, and PR materials.
- Content & education: Create case studies, success stories, and internal enablement docs; support partner and affiliate initiatives.
- Content ownership: Oversee the blog, resources hub, and tutorials — ensuring alignment with the GTM content pillars (thought leadership, inspiration, education).
- Data & optimization: Partner with growth and product to measure funnel performance, activation rates, and product adoption.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in product or growth marketing for PLG-driven products - ideally in creative tech, AI tools, or design platforms.
- Experience building and executing GTM plans - from positioning statements to launch timelines and partner enablement materials.
- Proven ability to own and optimize full user funnels, from acquisition to activation and retention.
- Hands-on operator mindset: comfortable writing copy, setting up lifecycle flows, analyzing data, and iterating quickly.
- Exceptional storytelling skills: you can translate features into creative value that resonates with both individual creators and business decision-makers.
- Analytical and data-savvy: experienced working with metrics like activation, conversion, retention, and paywall optimization.
- Cross-functional collaborator: works seamlessly with product, design, and data teams to align marketing efforts with roadmap and insight.
- Comfort using AI and analytics tools for messaging, data analysis, or workflow automation.
