About the Team

At Stitch Fix, our Fulfillment Platform & Logistics team sits within the Digital Supply Networks organization, building the systems and decisioning that connect inventory, orders, transportation, and fulfillment execution. Our work helps ensure we have the right inventory to meet client needs, supports more personalized client experiences through a capable and flexible orders platform, and enables our Operations team to drive transportation and labor efficiency.

In this role, you’ll work alongside engineers, data scientists, and product managers to solve complex problems across supply chain, logistics, and order flow.

 About the Role

At Stitch Fix, our operations model is not a standard retail playbook. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the systems, workflows, and decision tools that help teams move inventory efficiently, make smart tradeoffs, and deliver great client experiences while operating within clear financial targets.

This role sits at the intersection of software, data, and physical operations. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance to identify high-impact opportunities, translate operational needs into product strategy, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, decision quality, and business performance.

Success in this role comes less from having seen the exact same system before and more from being able to learn quickly, think from first principles, build trust across technical and non-technical partners, and go deep enough on the underlying systems to drive strong decisions.

In this role, you will...

  • Own product strategy and execution across fulfillment platform and logistics capabilities, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across orders, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment execution.
  • Build a deep understanding of Stitch Fix’s operations, architecture, data flows, and system dependencies, and use that understanding to make strong product decisions and navigate tradeoffs.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Client Experience, and Client Support stakeholders to translate goals, constraints, and budget drivers into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex, ambiguous problems, improving workflows, decision-making, and operational effectiveness in ways that fit Stitch Fix’s differentiated model.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to deliver solutions that are technically sound, financially rigorous, and operationally effective.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and agentic workflows both in the products we build and in how we accelerate discovery, planning, and execution.
  • Drive product strategies to seamlessly integrate and optimize various fulfillment models, leveraging experience with Omni-Retail and Omni-Supply Chain complexity to enhance inventory and operational flexibility.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Work on products with direct impact on operational performance, cost, and client experience.
  • Partner with business stakeholders that are highly engaged, metrics-oriented, and focused on execution.
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous, system-heavy problems where strong product thinking matters more than importing a standard playbook.
  • Operate at the intersection of software, data, and real-world operations.
  • Help shape how AI changes both what we build and how we build products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners who care deeply about outcomes and want a PM who can connect strategy, systems, and execution.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 7+ years of experience leading product strategy and execution for complex, system-heavy products, platforms, or workflows in operationally intensive environments.
  • You are a first-principles thinker who can quickly understand how a system works, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into clear opportunities and decisions.
  • You are an exceptional communicator who builds trust with non-technical business partners, earns credibility with technical teams, and influences across functions.
  • You are quantitatively strong and comfortable working backwards from financial outcomes, business constraints, and operational metrics.
  • You are technically fluent enough to quickly build a working model of architecture, data flows, APIs, and dependencies, and to go deep with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics.
  • You are a systems thinker who can connect upstream decisions to downstream operational and financial outcomes.
  • You have experience building, improving, or modernizing complex systems, including work involving integrations, external tools, or data-intensive workflows.
  • You actively use AI tools to improve your productivity and product development workflow, and you are excited about how AI is reshaping how products are built.
  • You have experience or exposure to Omni-Retail and Omni-Supply Chain environments, specifically managing product strategy for systems that accommodate diverse and complex fulfillment models.

Helpful, but not required...

  • Experience with warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, order management, labor planning, or other operational systems.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with workflow automation, decision-support systems, or operational tooling.
  • Experience working closely with data science, optimization, or machine learning teams.
  • Experience with complex integrations, APIs, or data-intensive systems.

Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...

  • We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix.
  • We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued.
  • We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail.
  • We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships.
  • We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do.
  • We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens. We think broadly and creatively through every situation to create meaningful impact.
  • We offer comprehensive compensation packages and inclusive health and wellness benefits.
