As a Growth Product Manager at ClickUp, you’ll drive product-led growth initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities, run experiments, and deliver features that move the needle on key growth metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth initiatives across the user journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
- Analyze user data and conduct research to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product funnels.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly.
- Partner with product, user research, analytics and data science to drive/measure impact and communicate results.
- Define and track key metrics, reporting on progress and learnings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth.
Qualifications
- X+ years [whatever is applicable for IC5] of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through product changes and experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and onboarding, activation, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- User-centric mindset with a passion for delivering delightful experiences.
- Bonus: Experience with PLG (product-led growth) strategies, onboarding flows, or monetization.
