Scope of Role

As a Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Demandbase’s native and account-level integrations. These include direct connections to leading CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools—core components of how customers activate and derive value from Demandbase.
You will define the roadmap, guide cross-functional delivery, and ensure our integrations remain best-in-class across the B2B ecosystem. This role is an opportunity to shape flagship integration experiences while developing deep expertise in B2B SaaS data interoperability.

Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for Demandbase’s native integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Pardot, Outreach).

  • Conduct competitive and customer research to identify new integration opportunities.

  • Prioritize development efforts based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, performance, reliability) to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Account Connector Ownership

  • Lead product enhancements for the Account Connector, ensuring seamless performance and high user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and intuitive experiences.

  • Monitor usage patterns to surface insights and inform roadmap improvements.

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather requirements from customers, Customer Success, and Sales to shape product direction.

  • Conduct user research and interviews to uncover integration pain points and unmet needs.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure integrated data flows effectively into the Demandbase platform, driving tangible customer value.

  • Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional planning and prioritization discussions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS or data integration platforms.

  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data synchronization concepts.

  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and technical trade-offs.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working directly with customers to translate complex requirements into actionable product outcomes.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality, customer-centric products.
