About You

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or BPO operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude toward handling customer interactions and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines.
  • Document interactions and update system records accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members/manager when required.
  • Ensure service quality and meet performance targets related to productivity & accuracy.
  • Adapt to new processes, tools, and client requirements with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first approach during all interactions.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or BPO operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and pick up new processes.
  • Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple tools simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability.
  • Patience, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Accountability and ownership.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
